Klipboks is a down-to-earth, rustic and off-grid offering ... perfect for family or social gatherings, smaller functions & workshops. Includes private yoga deck & wood-fired hot tub. Sleeps 8 in beds with option to add extra campers with separate camping ablutions. The near by "Zenshed" also available as an indoor workshop space.
Klipboks provides the perfect atmosphere for group get-togethers as it offers ample open-plan indoor and outdoor living space, comfortable bedrooms for resting after a day out exploring, plunge pool, wood-fired hot tub and private yoga deck.
Renovated old farm buildings sleep eight in four en-suite bedrooms with a fully equipped indoor kitchen (with fridge/freezer) and dining/lounge area as well as a covered outdoor kitchen (gas hotplates but no oven) and bar/dining area. There is a large braai and a boma with camping chairs. The deep plunge pool is perfect for cooling off after a days hike or just lazing next to on the grass with a book and the large wood-fired hot tub for star-gazing is just awesome!
Situated next to the river with views of the poplar forest and the surrounding hills, it’s a wonderful vantage point of the farm, giving the feeling of space, privacy and natural beauty.
We supply all bedding and bathroom towels (please bring your own swimming towels!) The kitchen is stocked with tea, filter coffee, sugar and a taste of our own extra virgin organic olive oil.
There will be a supply of firewood and firelighters for your stay - should you need more you can buy from Reception (R50 per crate of wood)
